procedure for nominating

Sorry if this is a dumb question.
I seem to remember from past years that when nominating, we were only supposed to put down the name of the comic without including the URL (for some reason). However, I couldn't find this rule written down anywhere, so I wanted to ask if this is correct or if I completely misremembered it.

That is correct.

You're right, when I created the polls last year I included a statement to avoid including the URLs in the nomination. Basically I forgot this year.

The only reason I made an issue about it last year was because we were changing our tally system. The first few years we were only accepting URLs, now we want titles instead (they line up on the results page better). But I'm sure we won't be rejecting any ballots that supply URLs.
