I saw this annoying ad on Hotmail for that frog ringer thing. Is that a froggy penis I see peeking from behind the leaf?

At least none of the ads with him that I've seen so far make noise. That buzzing fly thing that shows up on the forums occasionally is SO ANNOYING!

That damn frog is part of that Jamster cell phone scam for teenagers. They're the ones on cable that say "To get the cool wallpaper, type Cool13 in your cell phone" or something like that. A scam i tell you. SCAM!

I have seen Tons of cell phone service ads/scams very similar to this, but I have not seen the small frog or creepy frog penis appear on TV.

Ah Jamster and other companies who offer extras for cell phones... what won't you think of next? I watched a fat purple rhino singing some sort of rap on one of these commercials. The worst, I think, are the ringtones with the parodied lyrics.

"You. Like. This. Call and you cannot lie, you other brothers can't deny..." etc with the Sir-Mix-a-Lot is the only one I've heard and that's all I know. The commercials used to be played incessantly, sometimes twice during a single commercial break... then again the next commercial break, but they've cut back on the ads to the point where I really don't see them at all.

It also shouldn't have a penis. In fact, teeth are a bit of a stretch. I'm thinking it isn't a frog, but rather an alien come to conquer us with annoyingness.

One of the MMORPGs I play has this ad up all the time... I usually use the "Zoom in" feature that flash has to just zoom to a non-frog part of the picture.
