Told you so, I did

Post by SolidusRaccoon »

Listen to Solidus-Won next time, You will.
Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

Relieved, I am.

Though now wonder if Thelma might not be IN the wrestling ring, I will.

I'll admit I gave a bit of a sigh of relief. My personal guess is that Thelma felt alienated once she got a good look at the inside of the fashion industry. Perhaps she had to room with some poor company? :-?

My displeasure at being found 100% incorrect in my theorizing is most certainly surpassed by my relief at the obvious, innocent, and above all, safe location that Thelma is apparently to be found at.

I too am relieved, but let's remember that at this point it's just Nip's theory, not a proven fact.

I am most curious to see why Thelma dropped out - whether it was disgust at what was going on or failing to make the cut.

And it is indeed real scary having Nip being "the smart one".

Nip isn't really stupid - he just tends to leave his brain in 'Neutral'. This time, Tuck is the one who can't think straight - and who could blame him? Given all of the theories that must have passed through his head (probably similar in nature to the wilder theories posted in this forum), he doesn't know which way to turn - Nip just pointed out the obvious.

Now, if it turns out that Nip's theory is wrong, then we'll really see Tuck in a panic.

I predict she's going to be a ring-girl for the wrestling competition.

HAAHAAAHAAA!!!

That would be priceless - the winners of the competition get to be ring-girls for a wrestling match!! Not quite the upscale modeling job everyone was thinking of!

I'm with you, Zeke - I think you've hit the nail on the head!

Well, prehaps tomorrow is the day that will discern whether or not that light at the end of the tunnel is, in fact, a train.

Varies. Somewhere between a cheerleader and a water-boy, inclusive endpoints.

Not since BoBo Brazil was in the ring. (and Dick The Bruiser, The Sheik, Killer Kowalski, Haystacks Calhoun and Johnny Valentine)

Also in boxing. They're the sexy sleek girls in scant outfits holding up round cards or just adding the excuse that you watch two guys knock the crap outta eachother/wrestle and grope indescriminately is because there's a cute girl smiling to the camera and crowd.

I've only recently seen the ones that my ex-roommate used to watch...O_o I never could get over how "Soap Operaish" they were. :( I miss the days of sitting on my Daddys knee watching ppl truely beat the crude out of each other.
