Forums going offline Friday night/Sat Morning 3/4 to 3/5

I will be shutting down the Forums on Friday night/Saturday morning for a reboot to install a new kernel on them. I'm also taking the oportunity to back up the entire DB, so they'll be down for a bit after rebooting.

Rebooting should take no more than 10 minutes, but the copy may take longer. Web services will be up with an "We're down" message.
