New Features to the keenspace forum

Okay, this is subject to the "nice" rule.

There is a new attachment module ... if you were on the server around midnight to 2am pacific you might have seen the forums flake out for a bit before returning to normal.

This module can be toggled on a per forum basis, right now it's toggled ON for all forums except general discussion which I'd rather not see cluttered of with attachments.

and since I accidently overwrote the dark theme, It's been replaced with subBlack, english only though. (SubSilver supports 20 some odd languages)

Oh, and why didn't you talk to me about this? Couldn't you of waited?
