I'm fine.... the laptop crashed last month, yes.
And THEN the artist crashed. I'm still rather burned out, to be honest - I think I tried too hard to start updating my backlog. Couldn't even draw a thing.... :-(
I'll be back.
SOON.
Maboo

Heyyy! Mab! You're back!
Heh...I just figured the lack of updates and explanation was because your computer hadn't really been fixed, and it died again
A horrible Christmas / New Year's? *Comf* What happened?

Let's just say that solitude on Christmas Day and a sandwich for Christmas dinner isn't ideal.
And being totally ignored all New Year's Eve, to the point where you leave in disgust at midnight and go straight home (where at least you can be ignored and not feel neglected, because there's not 100 people there who, because they're not there, can't neglect you or even pay attention to you)...
It sucks baboon's bum. If I wanted to spend New Year's Eve on my own I didn't have to pay to go to a club and hang around while everyone else revelled around me.
Daniel

------------------
Blotto Street - It's better than getting drunk and sleeping around.
I am NOTHING to do with the FourToon Tellers. It's SO frickin' unfair. But SOMETHING's going on. Yes, siree... MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

If it's any comfort, not everyone's New Year's Eve was filled with fireworks. Due to an unfortunate near miss early on, I know two people who had less than stellar evenings.
But everybody's luck turns around. Things'll be better, just gotta wait for it.

Ouch. Now that really is a rather crappy Christmas / New Year's. You have my sympathies.
I was invited to a black tie event for my New Year's. I spent the first three hours or so standing there helping out with drinks and looking kind of stupid with a friend, because neither of us knew anyone at the party except for the family hosting it. There *was* a drunk lady, though, who kept insisting how she thought it was so nice that we were a couple, and he kept trying to tell her otherwise without directly insinuating that she was drunk off her rocker. I was amused.

I spent New Years' alone, talking on the phone long-distance.
Then I fell off my bed and sprained my wrist.
