Nice strip there Delphy!
It recently occured to me though that if I'd been feeling cheap there's another strip I could've done. Especially since the characters from my now dead Geekz! comic went into a dimensional portal in the last episode.
(with all the characters still as morphs)
John: Where are we now?
Dave: I have no idea ...
Rocky: Hello, who are you?
John: Ahhh! The Orc was bad enough!
Dave: You can talk? Cool!
Dakota: So can you, big surprise ...
(finally, with his own panel looking at the readers and shrugging)
Arno: First Jason acts hyper, then I get speechless ... everything goes dark then the Universe starts tearing itself apart and we become humans (sort of) and now characters from other continuities are being spat out of interdimensional vortexes. It's the signes of the Apocalypse! ... this is the end, my friend ...
Well, that comic won't be done of course because I'm not cheap enough to throw my own characters into other continuities and it's too late now but I thought I'd share that script with you since I thought it was rather amusing.
Edit
Not cheap enough because compared to Angie's work of art, my short strip was a travesty. I'm not like those other artists out there who would do that just for the popularity, assosciating my comic with Angie's would be an insult to her.
Right, there, I've said it, I feel better. The above made it sound like I thought highly of my comic, had to reitterate that. ;P
[This message has been edited by SpiritWolf (edited 01-08-2001).]

That's funny Mel because it's so true. Cats are ultimately lazy creatures and only do whatever they have to out of nessescity. ;> Where as Canines are essentially hyper and often do too much.
Well, that's if I'm to believe nature and Garfield cartoons anyways. ;>

That's one of nature's great mysteries:
When Odie closes his mouth, what happens to his tongue?
Garfield rocks!
Which reminds me, I should really start writing a story about my own feline (DK) character...

He has an interphasic tongue! It dissapears occasional into the Universe of quirky-comic-errors where it remains until it's needed again {remembers Feral's leg doing that once and then wonders if anyone here knows who Feral is}. Of course, if it ever accidentally phased into the what-I-lost-down-the-back-of-my-Sofa's-seats Universe by accident (which has similar co-ordinates) then I think Odie would be in trouble, he'd probably have his tongue replaced by a hoover cable ... or something.
Anyways, I digress. I thought everyone knew that. ;>

I personally think Odie's tongue is roled up in the place where his brain ought to be... Also, I didn't even understand the first post, I'm sorry to say. ;)

I guess the workings of my mind aren't that easy to explain. What the first post was was an idea strip of mine that I was tempted to do for fanweek but never did. I was going to make fun of the lack of continuity in fanweek and the furryness by having my own characters hop into the DR Universe out of a dimensional rift (as they'd entered one right as my comic ended) ... and seeing all this what would Arno (of the strip) say being the most sarcastic of the bunch? I think "This is the end, my friend." hit the nail right on the proverbial head. ;>

Eheheee! *giggles* All the fanweek strips were so kewl! *L* ;) Even though with one thing and another I saw all of them before hand ;) I even unearthed Mel's somehow..*L* I forget how ;)
And I'm very behind I know. Bad Dubble! Very bad! Promise to post more often and stuff. And attempt the impossible and catch up with Mel and Spirit in number of posts. Seeing as I THINK I'm third after them ;)

Of course, you could just post semi-funny irreverant nonsense as I often do. ;>

Oooh. Guess who's WAY behind again. Heh. ;)
MAui>*lol* Blues clues? You're making even less sense than usual....And you're scaring me ;)
And making me laugh which is a definite upside ;)
Spirit>Much as I'd love to post *deep breath* semi-funy irrelevant nonsense, I can never think of any. So I'll just stick to my pointless version of replying to ppl when I have time or something ;)
Oooh and MEL! You're comic wasn't ugly! It was cute! *L* I actually like the last panel best ;)
And also I'm not one to complain about how convenient black out strips are. Seeing as I didn't dpo a strip sides whic black out strips are fuuunny ;)
And I use and too much ;)
[This message has been edited by Dubble (edited 02-02-2001).]
