Sam Keith's greatest comic creation, The Maxx, which, as a series is as quotable as it is confusing, really found a home in the six episode cartoon mini-series on MTV back in the mid-ninties. While the animation was cut rate and often consisted of sliding one cell along another, the adaptation was nearly flawless and the voice acting incredible. And now he's taken one step higher up the ladder of pop cultural iconism by appearing in Bob 'N' Ed.
Now the Maxx stands alongside famous fictional characters like Fox Mulder, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Big Gay John Brandon. Kudoes to you, Al.
