According to section 150.1 of Canada's Criminal Code (Forget any of those American criminal codes! They don't apply here!), consent no defence only applies when the 'complainant' is
A) Under the age of 14.
B) Is more than two years younger than the defendant.
And when the defendant is in a 'position of trust/authority with the complainant'. None of those apply to yours truly. Although that will change soon... I'd better hurry!
