i am wondering if i might have the carcass, to cook and later eat? i believe my neighbor's george foreman grill might be up to the task. the idea of cooking whale as though he were a waffle attracts me strangely.

I'm not dead. Whale is not dead. I'm just not feeling very connected and funny with the story lines I was trying to work with, and am slowly coming up with better, funnier stuff. I'm actually using the time away to work with story arcs, characters, etc, before continuing to post comics.

I've gone away in the past, and I've always come back. I just need to find that common ground with the characters again and I'll be back.

Just give me a little more time.
