I just got a note from a reader in the military that they've
blocked access to Keenspace.

I'm hoping that it's a local block set up because he's in
the Middle East and they don't want to offend anyone or
something and are therefore blocking "Porn Sites" :/
This really stinks, because my guess is a lot of readers
out there are in the military.
But, all I've got is one data point. Has anyone else heard
about this?
Question: Does anyone know how internet censorship programs
work? How do the various 'Child Safe' blockers select which
sites to block? Do they go by provider, or site, or URL?
Right now, the URL is techfox.keenspace.com. If I went to
Keenspace Premium, I would hope that the URL change could
get past the blocking software, in the case that Keenspace
is Black Listed somehow. But it also might block anything
coming from that same server. Does anyone have a clue how
this stuff really works?
In the meantime, We've got the high res site working as
backup. But, this really stinks.

If anyone's got any ideas, I'd sure appreciate it!
Thanks,
Scott
