Approaching Two Years on the 'space...

Post by Dennis K »

As of January 1, 2003 my comic will be two years old.

Figure this is a good time as any to make myself known among the newer keenspace writers/authors.

So check my comic out why don't ya?

The sometimes late, but in the end always daily, F.O.G.Club Adventure

Good thing you plugged because it seems like a good read, and I never stumbled onto it by myself.

How quaint. You know, if you're going to use my characters' likeness in a vain attempt to slander my comic you should at least provide appropriate copyright information.

And Scott's hair is much, much larger than that.

bah, i wasn't trying to slander anything, i was trying to be sarcastic, never said your comic was bad, hell, it gets assloads more readers than mine does, just said that it was getting too angsty for me, which I tried to demonstrate in the strip we're both referring to.

As for asking for permission and providing copyright information, there was a couple times back when i drew that that i almost asked you if i could, but i figured it would just seem like i was trying to get hits off of a more popular comic by doing some sort of fan-art, and the copyrighting never actually occured to me. but the whole situation can be rectified by some action on my part, which, since i'm bored, i might as well do now.

in addition, you make me sad when you insult my former drawing abilities... I DID THE BEST I COULD! WHY CAN'T YOU JUST ACCEPT ME FOR WHO I WAS?! NOOOO!!!!

You just said that "when (you) read it, you feel the urge to gouge (your) eyes out with a spork for all the whiny, bitchiness of it." and that my comic "must be stopped."

That's some pretty damn harsh "sarcasm"

oh yeah, i forgot about that... heh heh, guess i haven't read your comic in a while, must've made me pretty mad back then... oh well, I still think it's a good comic, just not my type of comic... and that was Josh that said that, not me *wink wink*

Now now let's not let hostilities get out of hand here. I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 10, whoever guesses closest is the victor in the argument. Now this is how gentlemen solve their differences.[/i]

no need for any arguing, it'd be one sided anyway, since i agree with Dennis about how I should've asked for permission, even though I still find my comic amusing for the memories of things i did after reading a FOGCA strip it brings back. Anyway, I edited the comic to say that Dennis owned FOG Club Adventure, it just has to update

5?
Am I a winner?
Though I wasn't even part of the argument.
So, am I?
