He was like a wussy pirate...
And he could still take on knights, and get away.
Not imagine actual pirates.
See?!?

you must not have seen "Robin Hood 2: All Must Die".
actually, what i meant was his whole stealing from the rich thing. the only difference is he gave to the poor and not himself.

See?!?

I see but apparently you do not. Robin Hood wins because he is good. Pirates out to rape and plunder lose that edge.

Breaking laws is sometimes good (Rosa Parks) but it's hard to tell. Here's the difference. The Clinton Administration was lawfully created by a majority vote. The backstory of Robin Hood is that King John unlawfully usurped power from Richard (the something) on a Crusade. Robin Hood's fight against the Sheriff of Nottingham is a private war against King John. Only certain pirates (Drake is the only one I can remember) break laws with a "good" purpose. Pirates were recommended (or something) by Elizabeth I to attack Spanish ships.

I'm sorry. Did you say they were recommended by their QUEEN? They have to listen to their queen. Maybe they were hired pirates to get riches for their country. A lot like a hired knight would be. Which causes them to be on the same playing feild. Plus, as you said, not all knights were good. Some were very, very bad.
And the pirates were a lot better.
Plus they had parrots.
------------------
