If any of you feel lazy and don't want a fresh idea, here's one for rent:

Kat (or any other forgotten character) is sitting alone at a table set with fine bone china and a silver tea set. She herself is decked out in Very nice Victorian clothes as she sits there, lazily stirring her tea and thinking, "(sigh) No one ever comes to my tea parties . . . "

If you like it, use it!

Well, being the poor guy that he is, Simon can barely afford a dial-up connection, let alone Photoshop or the time to run WinMX for that long. So he got the GIMP and is paying dearly for it. I haven't gotten any stinking comics up for almost a month now.

Gimp is great. Any package like Gimp or Photoshop is hard at first, but once you grok what's going on you can do plenty of nifty stuff with Gimp.

Oh, it's not the ease of use that's the problem, my mom's computer is too slow to run the program at all! It took 2 1/2 hours to color two arms and a forehead . . .

And my computer, which is fast enough, doesn't have WinZip or an internet connection (darn my being a poor H. S. senior) . . .

I'll be using Ulead iPhoto for a while . . .
