And, no offense meant, but complaining about panty shots in a comic riffing on Magical Girl anime is sort of like complaining about all the giant robots and angst in Gundam fanfics.
You know, i'm sick of all the animation in these new webcomics. And the obnoxious use of word bubbles to convay thoughts and ideas. Why can't they do it like they used to? With... uh... spoken word?

no no, i can agree. the humor type is over done in my opinion. though i come back anyways. i chuckle abit but like cocoaboo said it's mainly from my love of the jar. the alure of the jar was that it was so random that i couldn't help but giggle at it's incontinuity. the lack of punchline boundries is always my favorate way to go about my humor and i always look for that in the things i read. though don't misunderstand me, in SGVY the drawings are nice and the story and jokes are pleasent, i get a chuckle. i'm not here to hurt S.S. Kittyhawk's feelings, i think she's a big girl and can handle the fact that in my humble opinion i was able to relate more to her old comic in comparison to the new one and she can understand that i'm mearly stating my feelings in relation to the topic of discussion.
i do think however that cocoaboo's post was unnessisary as that she didn't need to post that kind of critisim on kitty's forum, this is something you want to keep off a public board and just keep as a discussion amongh friends. i believe it was somewhat inappropreate to bring it up. hopefully everyone who wishes to post something like this will for some odd reason read this thread and take light on what i just said, so that they may not repeat the mistakes that history teaches us.

I do prefer the Jar above all and everything, but im gonna stick with Kittyhawk!
