Yes, but this was intended to be more a post about the shoulder-sitters than the spelling...

I think they're cute, in their own bizarre way, although the "evil" one seems to be able to talk rings around her counterpart.

The way I learned it in my psychology class in college was 'raza', but I think that people spell it either way. I just went with the spelling that I knew.
