Horror movie question.

I've had a dream about this, and I'm pretty sure it all came from my mind, but I just wanted to know if there was a movie like it or not.
I don't remember mos of it, but at one bit, a grim reaper-ish person tries to break into a restaurant with his scythe, or something similar, and the person he's after climbs to the roof and runs away by the time he's entered.
At the end, the reaper guy is pricked with some special knive, and he starts spewing out massive quantities of Exorcist-like pea soup, and then, the house behind him starts doing the same, and for a couple of minutes he's still alive, and is trying to kill people with the pea soup.
Ring any bells?
