The ftp is being mean to me

I just started my site and I have everythin uploaded and everything, but when I tried to upload the indextemplate again so I could put new stuff in there I couldn't. For some reason I couldn't get into the ftp. It would keep asking me for the password, and I put it in a million times perfectly fine but I could never get into it. Please help me. Thanks.<P>------------------

What program are you using?
Are you trying to connect to

I'm using a program called Max ftp, now it just isn't able to connect to the server instead of timing out like it did earlier. I have been seeing that this has been happening to other people also and I was wondering if Keenspace was having problems or something.<P>------------------
