That's slightly frightening. I imagine Max's bedroom to be a hideous montague of circus mice and pet roaches...

WHAT!?!?!?

Are you SERIOUS?!? That's what moths DO! They're practically made of wings!! What else would it do, crawl around at an incredibly slow rate? Or are Canadian moths different, eh?

Yea, Canadian moths just crawl to the nearest source of beer. But they have the advantage of being bilingual when they start swearing everybody off.

Merde. Je n'ai pas sais que tout les.....um, moths....en Qebec etait bilingue.

You know, there are people in America who speak two languages as well. Granted, they're illegal aliens and work at Jack in the Box (I'm not being racist, I'm speaking from personal experience), but they're here.

For anyone who cares, I have a friend who worked at Jack-in-the-crack and I went to visit him at work one day and grab some grub. When I made my order, I noticed that the backof the restaurant was strangely empty. Turned out all the employees had been deported the day before, so there were only two employees in the entire store. My order took forever, but I ended up with $18 more than I started with, my food, and two sourdough jacks that I didn't order. They got confused.

if you go to germany , you think...hmmm, perhaps i should learn some german

if you go to Ethiopia you think, i might want to learn a tribal language (clicks are cool)...

if you go to japan, a little japanese is handy,

but in america, where we speak ENGLISH as do MANY OTHER COUNTRIES, we are expected to learn every language that comes near us and if we dont we are insensitive pricks who are just stuck on ourselves...

GAH, i will be upset if i keep going...so i will make my own joke:

if you are american when you go IN the bathroom and american when you come OUT, what are you while you are using it?

EUROPEAN!!!!

get it?

*snicker* *sigh* i love stupid jokes...

On trained moths: Oh yeah. You can't beat trained moths. They'll devour your flesh or something...that is, of course, provided that they evolve into locusts on off days.

On knowing multiple languages and being American: Hey, I know three languages and am American. So what if the other two are latin and ancient greek...

WOO FOR DEAD LANGUAGES!!!!!!!

Okay, if "pi"+"e"="pie", then what is the numerical value of pie?

About 5.86. And on a similar note, look at me! I can answer rhetorical questions!

Well, lets solve this mathematically:
starting with what is known/what our constants are:

pi = 3.14159265359...., or more simply 22/7

e is actually an engineering constant with a value of 2.71828182846.... (approx. to 13 decimal places), which can be found using the algebraic equation of

e= (1+1/n)^n, where the closer n gets to Infinity then the more accurate or true the value of e becomes.

However, we just want a number, so we add PI and e together
3.14159265359 + 2.71828182846

and we get a loverly number of

5.85987448205.....(rounded to the 13th decimal point as were the earlier numbers)...

so PIE= approximately 5.85987448205....
