Why wont the FTP work for me, EVER?

Ok, I've had my Keenspace account since september, and I've had just one problem with it. I can NEVER access my ftp. Ever. This is really sad. I can get to other FTP's so this is a tad confusing. Can I gets me some help here?

the main thing you shoudl do is to make sure the settings in your FTP program are correct, for instance, I use WS_FTP32 as my program, the info I need to get to my account are Host Name, Host Type, User ID and Password. For Host Name I have tnb.keenspace.com, host type is set to autodetect, user ID is tnb and then I enter my password. it then logs me in and I get a view of the files on my computer on the left and the files in my account on the right. all you have to do is to select what files you want and transfer them over to the place you want them to be in your account

Do NOT use Netscape or IE. Make sure you're using a proper FTP Client.
