But really, my girlfriend plays video games and watches anime. She's more into anime than I am and she beat a lot of games before I did. I'm the only one in my group who has a girlfriend so this is one of my favorite comics because it's true, that's what we're like. And if I had a friend that was like that, I'd probably want to shoot him, too.

While it's true that I'm not as much of a gamer as some of the guys I know, I do LOVE my RPG's and a lot of the action games (Metal Gear ROCKS).
However, I am an anime junkie. I don't have any female friends that are, but in my regular social life I don't reall move in those "circles" so to speak. I mainly found about anime from my brother and became an admitted addict.

I can safely say that I know more about Final Fantasy and Resident Evil than any girl in my whole school, maybe even the whole county. -sigh- being a girl gamer is a lonely road. There are very small chances that one gamer girl can find another girl to talk about video games with.
But, on the plus side, I can get closer to any guy than a prep ever could...if I wanted to. Prep guys scare me. That's why I deliver death threats to them.

Whee! Gaming girls! I know very few... my best friend has only played Chrono Trigger (which she loves to death) but no other games. And a few of my other friends play videogames... but none are as into them as I am. I really only play RPGs and Squaresoft kicks some major ass... I suck at the games where you have to have actual reflexes to beat things. I'm currently playing FFX and am almost done... according to all the guys I talk to I am... but who knows if I can trust those nerds. (lol) (j/k) Look who's caling others "nerds". I'm also a anime nut. I love Sano! Whoo!!! Sano! =^-^= And if you don't know who Sano is you must go watch Rurouni Kenshin now! Go! It's cool! =^-^= Whoooo... it's nice to meet some other girls who are gamers though. There's a serious lack of them at our school. *sigh* The lonely life of a gamer girl... =^-^=

Damn, son! You must have some kind of crush on Leo! I mean, you respond every time she makes a post, and you're always trying to get her attention somehow...On 2002-03-11 00:55, Mercury_Alex wrote:
Yeah, beating people up with a stupid frying pan is really special....
Not.
But it's probably better for you to find a nice girl who lives nearer to you. I mean, you're in the Netherlands, and she's in Texas... the phone bills alone would be astronomical! And long-distance relationships just don't work.
Hope that helps!

Errmm... yelling? I don't believe I used any capitalization other than what's proper in English grammar in that last post, so there was no yelling therein. On 2002-03-19 14:30, Mercury_Alex wrote:
Thanks, but no thanks, I already have one. Please, quit the yelling please, cantcha take a joke? Even if it's not laughable?
Do you have a persecution complex, too? You seem to think that a lot of people are yelling at you. Really, just repeat to yourself, "It's just a bboard. I should really just relax."
