I imagine they'd both look very good in a white wine sauce...

(shakes head, looks away in disgust)Dammit, Carol, at least-good grief... if you think I'm going to draw that, you're nuts... (to fem-Ceph) I hope your bro ain't got any diseases she'll need to worry about, and I hope this doesn't take too long, she's due back for the current storyline tomorrow...(sigh of exasperation...)
------------------

So would you, Megalomanimom, but not as good as you'd look bound to the table and smeared in chocolate sauce, with cherries and whipped cream...
------------------

Welcome Hammurabi! This particular thread welcomes all nutcases! Unfortunately I'm not allowed in here...so I'll just be on my way before someone tries to knock me unconcious again. (~-^)
Other threads maintain a certain amount of sanity...except maybe the tentacle thread which seems to be the forum bedroom.
Ok ok, I'm going! Yeesh, characters...

I'm still unclear why anybody would want you unconcious. I did notice the tentacle thread and I expect the MPAA and the comics code to be knocking in short order.
Now, what IS that I'm stepping in? And why is it following me?

Caramel sticks in my teeth and I don't like cherries. But food sounds like a good idea. Apropos of nothing whatsoever, howzabout some calamari?

Isn't the Comics Code American, anyway? I didn't think it applied in Canada. Maybe they measure it on the Metric system or something. And what's with the Toronto Maple Leafs, shouldn't they be "leaves?" I mean hones--"

Sorry folks, had to do it. All this talk of slathering stuff with cherries and caramel would have had Brandon bugging me about it for days. It's just best this way.
Wait, no one actually said caramel, did they? God I'm hungry. I haven't eaten since the comic started.

Um...Killroy, I told you before, we're not mollusks and...um, where are you getting your "facts" from anyway? If you're talking about squid, they never leave the water...except when they wash up on shore dead. Some octopus leave the water to find food, but they mate and lay their eggs under water.

Maybe he's talking about some kind of strange mollusk species from his own world.

See...that just makes no sense! Why would they be called mollusks if they're from another world!?! That's an English derivation of the latin mollusca. It's particular to this planet! Why wouldn't they have a word in some alien language for it?

Well if you're going to nitpick...maybe it's just translation into English.

Well then maybe the word mollusciod would be more appropriate. That word includes things that resemble mollusks.

I prefer the word cephalopod to mollusk anyway. How about cephalopoid?

That's not even a real word!

Well it could become a real word if enough people used it! Language isn't static you know!

I can't believe you're trying to argue linguistics with me!

Hey, don't let my incredibly hot body fool you...

....
.......*snort of disgust*...nevermind.
[This message has been edited by Ceph (edited 12-15-2001).]

I figured demons must have their own different species.
I suppose the word cephalopoid...if it were a real word *grumble*, would mean having the resemblance of a cephalopod.
