Esurio's voice?

Am I the only who hears him speak in a very even, low-pitched timbre? Sort of like Agent Smith from The Matrix, if you've seen it. Just something about the cadence and his choice of words brings that to mind.

You are not alone, although I've been giving him a bit of a Jeremy Irons-esque accent as well. He strikes me as the sort who would affect one to go with the outfit.------------------

Oh great.... I wasn't exactly sure what voice Esurio would have, but after Mahtar's comparison, even I'm rereading his lines in the Agent Smith voice."Mr. Matthews..." heh...------------------

Not that Agent Smith wasn't a bad guy, but Warner's done the villain voice in so many places, I just don't see it for Esurio.

*scratches head*i guess this is the natural byproduct of not having owned a TV or set foot inside a movie theatre more than once in 8 years....i haven't a clue who all these people are you're talking about.so does this mean that Esurio has a deep, throaty, bass voice; a high, reedy nasal voice; or an even tenor timbre with a cultivated accent? in my mind anyway, it's the latter of the three.------------------

Nah, scratch Jeremy Irons. More like David Warner, I'm thinking now. Similar to the voice Warner (I believe it was him) gave R'as al-Ghul (however the hell you spell it) on the Batman Animated Series.Thank God somebody's keeping this topic alive to distract me from the depressing "moving" debate.------------------

Tarbaby, Krank, that's exactly it. He sounds very cultured, I think, very much a "Welcome to Masterpiece Theatre" kind of thing, just a little deeper and more even.

Well, guys, I had a really nice voice for Esurio, and then you had to spoil it all...Seriously, I do no longer remember what I heared him like before... Now he sounds just like Agent Smith with a tint of Jeremy Irons...He sure sounds like he's cultivated...

Personally, I was alternating between two different voices. James Earl Jones and Leonard Cohen. I think LC's voice is better then JEJ's but I like JEJ's perfect enunciation.
