Dub, you liar!

You told me that Tennessee Tiger was horrific. Those were actually pretty good.
So that's where your Evil WB sidepic came from. All this time I thought he was supposed to be the Phantom Blot with a hat. *shrugs* Oh, well.
Besides, those are much better quality than the comics the UF papers have. Well, with the obvious exception of Boondocks, of course, being a nationally published comic and all.

That's what I just said at another topic. What a co-ink-e-dink.
Dub might just feel self-conscious about his earlier work, or maybe what he has shown is the best of the best he had.
But any which way, I think that these were good comics. Dub, you should consider doing something with these characters. (Although, I guess that mean, dark guy was your Evil WB. Oh well. )

Yeah, what a fibber Dub is! I thought those Tennessee Tiger comics were actually pretty good! I mean, you can see where the influence for the C&W and TT comics came from. Actually, I'd take that comic over the crappy comics we have in my university paper any day. :P

I've always had a fascination though with characters clad in all black.
But the character itself was a REAL GEM. I could do oodles of stuff with the Blackbat and if I ever got any way to bring him into any continuity of mine I'd do it in a minute with some revision. ^___^ If theres one character from tennesee tiger I miss the most, its The Blackbat.
That and I still cackle at that yodeling hat and scarf!

quote:
Besides, those are much better quality than the comics the UF papers have. Blame it on an erratic schedule and the fact that in my last year I was having qualms on doing them for certain reasons not related to the comic. But yeah - I did choose the ones that I thought were the best out of them.
I still stand by the fact that no first years will ever see the light of day ever again as long as I have my say.

quote:
But any which way, I think that these were good comics. I'm trying to figure out if any of the Tennessee Tiger characters would fit better in CnW or TT...because CnW has the whole anthromorphic thing going, and is more on the humorous side, but TT looks like it will get REALLY strange sometime. @_@ Maybe you could have Tenn. Tiger cameo in both? ^^;;
------------------
