Hmm... good question!
Moogles (from the Final Fantasy series) don't generally wear clothes at all.
I suppose since Ralph is wearing a shirt usually, that would imply that he should also wear pants.
Of course, that also begs the question of what happened to Ralph's winglets -- Moogles are supposed to have them.<P>All this is based on the assumption that Ralph is, in fact, SUPPOSED to be a Moogle.<P>*irate Moogle comes in*
