i've been struck with the strangest curiosity...
in all my gaming years, i've come across some pretty cool spells. but all in all, i'd have to say that my favorite all time spell has to be the 'merton' spell from ffIII(us)
it was short, sweet, and to the point, and if you were smart, it would heal all of your guys whilst inflicting a respectable amount of damage on all your enemies
what about you guys? does anybody else have a 'favorite spell'?
------------------

hmm that's a tough one! Chain Lightning is a cool spell.. ^_~ From FF though.. hmm... I'd say ANYTHING in FFIV (ff2 u.s.) that is a shortened form of what they would have called the spell if they had enough space. Like, "meteo" or "lit" Because I can't think of them as "meteor" or "lightning", it's always "meteo"... hehe makes me feel nostalgic, FFIV was one of the first rpgs I ever played.
Alice

Yeah I also liked the stuff from chronotrigger (like the dual tech between Lucca and Frog, where that huge red frog drops from the sky, hehe). Other than that....hmmmmm....merton was cool, but I think my favorite spell had to be reflect, nothing like watching spells bounce off you, wheeeeeeeeeeeee. Somehow I'm reminded of that I'm rubber you're glue rhyme.......
------------------
