XemoniteliteX: i try
pixelfaerie: you do. ^_^ verily. ^_^
XemoniteliteX: marry
pixelfaerie: huh?
XemoniteliteX: forsooth
XemoniteliteX: i am being shakesperean
pixelfaerie: heh.
XemoniteliteX: yea and verily, i would marry like to see a drawing of nekkid jack, forsooth.
XemoniteliteX: 'twould be a fine amusment
XemoniteliteX: hehe
pixelfaerie: some time this fortnight?
XemoniteliteX: alas, i fear that sleep doth tug my eyelids, perchance i shalt not see it this night
pixelfaerie: heh. kk. good night and fare thee well.
XemoniteliteX: i have not yet finished my chore at the updating of mine website
XemoniteliteX: mine eyes might be so persuded to remain open were it for the promise of feasting upon the sight of said boy without the fetters of a shirt
XemoniteliteX: *L* i am too good at this
pixelfaerie: lol
pixelfaerie: i havent' read much shakespeare at all.
XemoniteliteX: aaaah i loves it
pixelfaerie: so i've heard.
XemoniteliteX: hehe
XemoniteliteX: she jests at scars as though they never felt a wound...
XemoniteliteX: i pray thee, gentle mortal, sing again, mine ear is much enamoured of thy note. so is mine eye enthralled to thy face, that my fair virtues for perforce doth move me on the first view to say, to swear, i love thee
XemoniteliteX: shall i say that to jack after the show? *giggles*
pixelfaerie: aww!
pixelfaerie: i don't think he'd understand you, but it's worth a try!
XemoniteliteX: *laughs*
XemoniteliteX: you get it right?
XemoniteliteX: it's from a midsummer nights dream *nods*
XemoniteliteX: oops i mistyped some of it
XemoniteliteX: it's "thy fair virtue" not "my"
XemoniteliteX: anbd it's "force" not "for"
pixelfaerie: damn.
pixelfaerie: you're good. ^_^
XemoniteliteX: translated: Please sing some more, my ears like the sound of your voice. similarly, my eyes like the look of your face, and all the good stuff about you is making me want to say that even though we've just met, i love you.
XemoniteliteX: *bows low* thank you, thank you
pixelfaerie: hmmmmm...
pixelfaerie: i wonder if i could program a translator thing..
XemoniteliteX: hehe
pixelfaerie: is there one of those online somewhere? do you know?
XemoniteliteX: that'd be a lot of work...
XemoniteliteX: i dont know fone
XemoniteliteX: of one
XemoniteliteX: that would be dificult..coz even the structure of the sentences is different y'know?
pixelfaerie: yeah, well, it wouldn't be able to do EVERYTHING.
XemoniteliteX: it's like the online translators for languages..it never comes out right
pixelfaerie: well, it wouldn't be for everything. it would just replace certain things.. but yeah.
XemoniteliteX: *nods* there is a lot that is just confusing because of certain words he uses
anyway that was fun, and i decided to translate some of my favorite passages just for fun. HAHA yea this is geeky...ok!
Passage 1, from Romeo and Juliet:
If I profane with my unworthiest hand, this holy shrine, what gentle sin is this? My lips, two blushing pilgrims ready stand, to smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss.
If I dirty with my undeserving hands the holy shrine of your hand, is it a sin? My lips, like two pilgrims, are waiting to make it all better with a kiss.
Good Pilgrim, you do wrong your hand to much, what mannerly devotion shows in this? For saints have hands that pilgrims hands to touch, and palm to palm is holy palmers kiss
You "pilgrim", you're too mean to your hand, what kind of religious emotion is there in that? Because saints have hands and pilgrims' hands touch them, and when they put their hands together in prayer, it is like their version of a kiss.
Have saints not lips, and holy palmers too?
Don't saint and people who pray have lips?
Aye pilgrim, lips that they must use in prayer
Yes, but they use their lips to pray
Then dear saint, let lips to what hands do, they pray, lest faith turn to despair.
Well then why don't we let our lips do what their hands do, and "pray", rather then let our religious emotions feel sad
Saints do not move, though grant for prayers sake
Saint don't move when they pray (?)
Then move not while my prayers effects I take. Thus from my lips, by thine my sin is purged
Then don't move while I kiss you. In kissing you, all my sins will be removed.
*KISS! OOOH!*
Then have my lips that sin that they have took?
Then did your sin pass to my lips?
Sin from my lips? Oh trespass sweetly urged, give me my sin again!
Sin from my lips? Aw you're trying to get me to kiss you again and being all cute about it. Fine, I'll take my sin back!
*ANOTHER KISS! OOH!*
Yea...that's probably not the greatest translating job ever..but it was fun!
