I think Barry made all of us look better then real life. Besides you didn't spend all your time playing pinball. You thwarted many evil deeds, at least within the party.
Ah yes, for those who don't know me, I'm Ted Suzukawa. The guy in the army jacket. Due to an ill fated coin toss (I lost) I have the position of club president. Fortunatly they couldn't find a 10 gallon hat. Sadly almost all the dialogue given in the RPG strips has been actually said at one point or another.
Anyway I want you to know Matt that your scheme to take over the message board will be thwarted by my hoards of ninja assassins. And if they fail I'll send in the uniformed schoolgirls. I'm the only evil mastermind allowed.
Ted

Hi. I just wanted to say a couple things about my appearance in this comic.
1. Barry made me look a _lot_ better than I look in real life. Kudos to him for that
2. I wasn't really the moral compass or anything like that. I spent most of my UCI RPG club time playing pinball on my laptop. I was was quiet about it *grin*
3. I am currently running an online supers game. If you don't mind playing over internet messenger, and you're interested, contact me at matrygg@primenet.com. Ah, how good it is to abuse your friends fame for shameless plugs for yourself.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I'm impressed with the storyline thus far, and that I was in it, but this will not bar me from my quest to take over these message boards and make them my own. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH *cough* *Cough* HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!
--Matt

Hey Ted, can I borrow a couple ninja assasins? I'll get them back as soon as possible so you can deal with the math department.
For those who care, I'm Ted's little sister. Those of you who know Ted have undoubtedly heard some stories about me, which are almost undoubtedly quite unflattering (and are undoubtedly going to become so after this). Anyways, I just wanted to say that I like the comic (and not just for the novelty of seeing Ted in it).

Now Sister Suzukawa has shown up. We're getting quite the little party here...maybe we should go adventuring.
...wait, we already do.
Anyway, haven't heard any rumors, I've just seen the art on Ted's site. I dig ^_^
I plug now! http://home.earthlink.net/~suzukawa
------------------

I'm pretty sure I've only refered to you as weasel girl twice in the past month, and not at RPG club. Oh yeah, as to the nija I'll send over 20 or so. They know enough not to jump too.
Thanks for the plug Barry. I would have done it myself but it seemed impolite.
Ted

Batman, whose mass is 80.0 kg, is holding onto the free end of a 12.0 m rope, the other end of which is fixed to a tree limb above. He is able to get the rope in motion as only Batman knows how, eventually getting it to swing enough so that he can reach a ledge when the rope makes a 60.0 degree angle with the vertical. How much work was done against the force of gravity in this maneuver?
This is the best Physics question ever. I felt the need to share. After all, I haven't said anything yet. It should also be noted by the public that Matt is a dirty, dirty whore. Yay!!
Oh yeah, and Ted technically won that coin toss, an outcome for which I am forever grateful.

I thought I would add a thought or two. Intresting to see the UCI RPG club now immortalized in comic form. And I do believe you got Suzukawa-san's attitude just right of course he's probably actually said the few lines he had.
And if anyone is actually intrested, I happen to be a friend of Ted's and wanted to check out the strip he was in. And unlike him I have no shame. My page is http://www.crosswinds.net/~paleblue2/

Let's see. Now I have more people to compete with for control of this board. I will have to work hard.
And no, I am not a dirty whore, thank you. I adhere to the standards and practices of nevada
In all seriousness, though, I think the comic is quite amusing, and I look forward to more.
I too, have a webpage, but you cannot see it, for I am a cruel and vengeful person, and my cruelness and vengefulity (oh, how I mangle the english) extends to you, the viewer at home.
See how I extend my power through masterful use of fear in a machiavellian sense?
Or I'm just fucking nuts.
Your call, home audience. Is Matt a genius, or is he nuts? operators (well, ok, Barry in a Kimono with a steno pad) are standing by.
--Matt
------------------

Ahhh... so many pointless and stupid things to say, so little time.... I like it.
1. Impolite? IMPOLITE? Ah ha ha ha ha!
2. Thanks for the plug.
3. Still waiting for those ninjas.
4. Hi Susan!
5. Where'd the title for this strip come from, anyway? Reminds me of Digi Charat....
6. Genius or nuts? There's a difference?
7. Uh... 4704 joules?
8. Were you REALLY going to call Ted "El Presidente"?
[This message has been edited by Seta Soujiro (edited 02-08-2001).]

Close; however, the truly correct answer is 4700 J, considering significant figures.

5. The title for this strip comes from a J-Pop song by the group MAX, called 'Only One'. It was the highest difficulty song on the Dear Daniel version of Dance Dance Revolution Pocket.
7. Wrong, the answer is 0000 J. Because really, none of these damn figures are significant.
------------------

No, we weren't going to call Ted El Presidente.
We were going to call him El Presidente Por Vida, Jefe Muy Grande, Rey de muchachos de...um...RPG. Yeah.
