I finally got all my holiday shopping done. I feel like the last few weeks have been a blur of buying presents and wrapping them.

I only saw this now and I'ts making me laugh.

I laughed to the point of crying today because I had to hold my laughter in but it came out a few hours later after the relevant family had long since left- I had taken pictures of their newborn and we didn't notcie until we had loaded the pictures up to look at that in some of the pictures, the baby had a faint smudge of poop on her foot. I've been working crazy hours the past few weeks and found this WAY funnier than I should have, and had to seriously fight myself so as not to break up laughing in front of this family- I mean, they thought it was funny and all in a "Oh gee that's a shame" way, but I was like shaking laughing, like "YOUR BABY HAS POOP ON ITS FOOT" hysterics.

I'm sure you've all ahd this experience.

What made me happy? Seeing my names in the credit of a movie and a television series in the same day. Kind of makes me happy of my work!

The movie "Le noël de Walter and Tandoori" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2170474/) and Pérusse Cité / Ben's city ( http://perussecite.radio-canada.ca and http://www.cbc.ca/benscity/ )

In both case, it is under the job "compositor"...mostly because the job "scene planner" is not an official animation job.

After getting canceled by MTV, then picked up by Machinima.com, then getting canceled again, my favorite show ever, Sifl & Olly, just got picked up by Nerdist.com and has four new episodes out! Yeah!

Came home from a night shift today essentially on lack of sleep and vast, vast amounts of caffine. I was hyper aware of the music I was listening to on the bus and while I'm sure no one else could hear it (overly) the lady sitting across the isle from me probably thought I was crazy as I bopped along, occationally tapped a rythmn on thin air and generally sat doing nothing with a spring in my step for an hour, minus the few minute I fell asleep for before carrying on.

A good end to some of my worst night shifts to date.

I travelled down to see my boyfriend today, AND i managed to do it while staying in the right lane almost the entire trip! AND I still made it in under 2 hours! I think I'm going to try driving lawfully more often, it's a lot less stressful

Wednesday: Iron Man 3!
Tons of issues with that film (I wont discuss for spoiler reasons) but I loved it nonetheless.

Thursday: Rubbish shift at work but then came home and indulged my only true sporting love: Baseball.
It is ridiculous trying to follow a sport that is only ever played when you should be asleep and on tv stations you don't get. I was watching the little simulation ESPN have on their website. It was rubbish yet amazing at the same time, my love of the sport is absolutely irrational. I need to find an online radio station that commentates on the games.
