Ah, it's good to have everything back to normal around here.

Also, I keep forgetting to upload my comics on time, despite my buffer, so they're always one day late. Oops.

That's great news. And the preview looks terrific.

So, last night, I was having trouble with a tricky hand gesture. I ended up taking a picture of my hand with my smartphone to use as a reference, and after a few more tries, I finally got it just how I wanted it. I started to congratulate myself, thinking, "Yes. I nailed it."

Then I realized I'd drawn the hand backwards.

I've done that a time or two. Spend like a half hour staring at a hand, trying to figure out why it doesn't look right, only to realize I put the thumb on the wrong side.

Augh, I told myself I wouldn't spend so much time drawing a page, but my perfectionism took over and it all went out the window. Why must I be so anal about getting things to look just right? T_T

When you find out, will you let me know? I'm the same way... :shifty:

Man, being away from my drawing desk so long really dampened my creative mojo! Over the weekend, I resumed working on the next ep of Critters and it was taking FOREVER to get back into my drawing rhythm! D:
