According to my site logs, I've got about 160 regular readers. Which is a pretty good-sized audience, (hey, it's more than I've ever had!) but it seems like nothing I do can send more people over there.
So what can I do to get more visits?

Ever use those little Keenspace newsboxes?

I've seen those but can never figure out where to get in on it. The boxes don't have a link, and I can't find anything about them on the Keenspot or Keenspace pages. It would be really cool to use one.
Is it gonna cost me anything?

I have no idea. I always assume everybody else knows what's going on, though I'm finding out they're only pretending to. Oh well.

That was a lot of help. Thanks Dana!
e was surprisingly helpful too. I always thought of him as some entity that lived in a basement next to a big shitbox.
I'm gonna run off and do all those things tonight.

I joined some high-traffic sites! And my counter is SPINNING....
Meanwhile I've pretty much given up on getting Big Panda to do ANYTHING other than sit on the internet like the big amorphous blob of site space it is. And if anyone REALLY wants to see the ultra-pompous site description I made up, I've got it in several directories, including this one http://ocad.syste.ms

Patience, my faithful minions. You will be waving dead chicken entrails over your heads soon enough.

Are you entirely sure Vash is a virgin?
If so, then hell yes! We'll drag him in kicking and screaming and tie him to the altar! (Emily read that post and said "I want some too!" She wants some virgin Oreos too.)
And as for the tofu entrails, I never said anything about EATING the chicken parts. Though the image of all of you stuffing raw bloody chicken intestines in your mouths has a certain perverse appeal...
I'm a vegetarian too, so let's have the tofu! It's slightly scarier than raw bloody chicken intestines anyway.

Hey, sounds good to me. Just so long as they're virgin Oreos!
What I want to know is when do we get to the part where we wear those cool hooded robes and wave dead chickens over our heads?

I think Gear handles the newsbox and dropdowns and stuff like that. It's basically a site for Keenspace cartoonists.
------------------
"Truth hides on the other side of a two-way mirror
In countless documents sent straight to the shredder
That might finally give us the whole of the picture
But until the day we decide to dig a little deeper
We know that truth will hide
Under fallen rocks and stones
At the end of a disconnected phone
Down an unmarked street
And buried, deep beneath your feet."

I'm pretty sure Vash is a virgin, remember he said he didn't want ladies seeing him ~_^ and the way he's so desprate but doesn't know what the heck he's doing. But back on topic to your comic. Very cool.
------------------

Okay, I just saw the newest tape of Trigun, and I'll agree with you that Vash is a virgin. (You'll see why next time I bring the Trigun over. )
YYYYEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! VIRGIN SACRIFICE!!!!!
All right, enough of that. Probably 98 percent of the people in here have no idea what Trigun is.
In comic news, I've finally started the big battle! You'll all see it begin on (I'm embarrassed to say) March 3.
The AM universe moves very, very slowly...

Maybe you should sign up with ranking sites. Like the Keenspace Top 100, the PlanetCartoonist Top 100, and Big Panda (not the Funny Pages list though, it's buggy as hell and worthless).
Do fan art for comics you like. That's always a good way of advertising.
------------------
