They are a scourge on what seems to be a wonderful new (to me, at least) community.
Here's a small subset of actual search terms people are using to find LaserFist on Google.

pussy wars
mitt romney comic
poop in a group
(ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻
rectum raiders
the fuck is wrong with you
vintage first anal
poop troll
the centre cannot hold
poop band

There's been some discussion in GD lately on how to deal with the spammers. It appears the next thing to try will be some anti-spammer plugins for the forums. Hopefully that makes the problem more manageable.

Like, there's no health meter or points, because everything's just cool. You don't have to worry about it. And when you come to a boss at the end of a level, you just make friends with them, and then you all party together.
