I wanted to say that the published comic was not the finished comic because I contemplated having updates throughout the day as I "completed" it.

No, it's completed. No "700"s repeated along the border. No more characters, even though I had a handful, particularly Mike's sister and other family members.
But that wasn't going to happen. I got as far as I could yesterday, despite losing a couple hours of PC time. And my extra hour this morning for final touches was close to two hours.

It's a far cry from the days when a strip took less than an hour from start to posting.
