Ah jeez, you know it's bad when the characters call you out just after you make the post calling them out.
Vampires can be exceedingly charming when they need to be. They will joke, cajole and flatter, and just when you think, "vampires aren't so bad," you've got a pair of fangs buried in your neck.

For those who still insist on treating vampirism as a romantic existence, consider the suicide note left behind by Jacob Drexel, member of a prominent Philadelphia family who was transformed in 1937. After Drexel leaped off the City Hall tower one snowy night, a suicide note was found that closed with the following lines: "I have been living in constant torment over the unspeakable acts I have committed, and yet I am powerless to stop committing them. May God forgive me."

I just love how "Shine or Die" continues to have ramifications throughout the Shine universe. Now we have the implication that it's the time meddling that caused many of the significant differences between this and the original Hellsing! (I can't say that was intended, honestly, but it's a great retcon.)

Oh, lovely. My inner Fanboy is whimpering in a corner, realizing that the "Jewish Tooth through a Nazi Heart" scene is most likely not going to happen. Sir Penwood's two, count them, TWO Crowning moments of Awesome were ether subverted by Joker or glazed over entirely, and now Pip Victoria (;-p) won't be on hand to do the deed. Also, to quote a forum RP for a comic I used to read back in the day, "Time Travel makes for lousy bookkeeping."

I gotta wonder, is Pluto on vacation or something?! I swear, she is the worst guardian of time ever if Yomiko managed to break the universe at least one more time on her watch. And if Yomiko keeps meeting herself like this I will be holding Pluto personally responsible for any flying time monkey incidents.

As far as I'm concerned, Yomiko Readman can pop into the time stream as many times as she wants. It'll never fail to be prettier when she's around! :shucks:

Does it count as a love triangle when it's the past of the person you're in love with?

Darn it, who interrupted our setup for Yomiko fanservice? It'd better be someone setting up MORE Yomiko fanservice...

More likely, it's either Michelle or Anita. Either that, or it's Nancy.

And the lesson for Sunday is: when queuing comics, it helps if they actually end up in the "comics" folder, rather than the folder right next to it.

Is Maggie dressing more feminine with the Walter influence? Hopefully it means she's grown more confident/ comfortable with herself :)

But the Anita hairstyle, Seras or Timothy influence?

Want to know mooooorrrrrrreeeeeeee, these answers open more questions to explore

Thanks for the lovely story Ptah
