I can't FTP

I can't login to the ftp. It says my password is wrong. It is the same one as the message board one right?

The FTP password is the same as the one u signed up for comic with. Not the forum password.
http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080/ ... ssword.cgi is the password reset if you forgot it.

I'm having a similar issue

the weird thing is:

I can access the siteadmin.comicgen page just fine using my username and PW

but when I try to use the same to access my FTP - I get a nope nope nope

that shouldn't be happening - because last time I checked the username and PW for the siteadmin page and the ftp was the same
