Eh, don't worry. It is both funny and pathetic, and I have enough of a sense of humor to not be deterred by the comments people are making. But I disagree that this is about a contest, as that ceased to be relevant a long time ago, and I never cared about winning or losing anyways. This is about a psychological obstacle that's preventing me from being able to focus. Finishing these pages is a step toward regaining my clarity, and that's why it's important enough to me to continue stringing this thing along month after month.

In the interim, for the doubters out there, keep in mind that I've already drawn most of the pages, so it's not like I haven't done anything yet. Or do you actually think I'm gonna get this close to finishing and then just stop after all this time? Don't be stupid.

Thanks Serge and everyone else who was patient and encouraging while I worked out my issues. I do still wanna continue the tournament, and I promise I won't let everyone, and especially myself, down like that again. I had a lot of fun finishing up these pages over the last couple days, and comicking is definitely something I want to do more regularly.

Okay, so I think I finally snapped my creative block. I hammered out almost all of this last night; I only had to stop 'cause my hands needed rest. And fortunately I only needed one page this time, although I was originally gonna do two (the second page would've added very little to nothing).

So, I'm totally up for finishing this if Serge is still around and wants to. My life's been through a lot of changes since I posted my last pages, and I actually feel uninhibited in getting back into doing comics again.

edit: For those who've lost track, this is my fourth entry, so I think Serge does one more (his fifth), and then I do the final one (my fifth).
