Hi, everybody! Vivian and I just got our tickets to Nashville today on Southwest.com. They're having a fare special TODAY ONLY, with tickets to Nashville at 50% off. If anybody has been planning to fly in and hasn't bought tickets yet, now would probably be a good time. We had been planning on flying Southwest anyway and were pleasantly surprised to find they were having a half-off sale the day we finally got around to getting our tickets.

We're going to be taking the 9:55 AM flight (1863) from Chicago Midway into Nashville, so if anybody else happens to be on that flight, we'll be on right on the plane with you.

We've booked our flight for Nashville. CG isn't loading sites at the moment, once we can get to the cookout site again we will update our registration and send fees.

We will be taking the 7.30 am flight 703 out of MCI and arriving in Nashville around 9am June 5th. We go home on flight 832 at 2.05pm the 7th.

There was enough money left over in the trip fund to cover the hotel room and gas for the Kolter family to get to the cookout - so Beth, Tristan, and I will be there.

Hey.. I need a headcount on hotel info. The hotel emailed me and said we have only 7 rooms and I thought we had more than that.

CBF (are you sharing a room with someone?)
Dave (are you sharing a room with someone?)

........and this is where I get lost.....

Please email me or tell me on here the room situation. The hotel contract is for 10 rooms to get the discount on the meeting room. If we dont have ten rooms, then I'll have to pay out more for the meeting room. Even if you did NOT register in time to get the price discount at the hotel, please make sure they know you are with the Russell Reunion.

Please let me know as soon as possible.
