If you want it to update at GMT, yes.
Most comics update at midnight Pacific, Eastern or GMT.

Alright. I'd launched a regular update at 9:55 am(PST) this morning, and I've still got nothing. My comic has been placed correcly with the correcct time in workspace. So, I should know when ti updates when public_html gets a file, right?
I'm still having problems getting my comic to update as well. I just tried yesterday morning and again this afternoon.
I checked all my update stats and RSS info, no change since the last time I posted here.
