I signed up for a new comic and the process seems to have gone pretty smoothly up until what I think is the very last step: the password activation code email.
I got the email saying my account was up and running and prompting me to set an ftp password a couple days ago. I did the password thing right away, the page claimed it was "sending e-mail...sent!" but I never got anything. About 12 hours later I tried the password thing again (in retrospect, probably not one of my better ideas since it would just start the process all over again, wouldn't it?
) and the same thing happened and still no e-mail. It's been 24 hours since that.I know the e-mail isn't in my spam box. The ftp password I tred to set isn't quite working yet. All the other stages of signup have had no problems, it's just this particular one. I read in the tutorials somewhere that it can take a few hours for emails to go out if the server is busy, but now that it's been a whole day I'm a little bit worried. Of course if I just need to learn the fine art of patience, feel free to tell me that!
And I hope also, that I've provided enough information so that my problem makes sense.
