Okay, I'm past some hell and am working on CG again.

Emails to us (CG staff) are working now. My fault on that.

Yahoo is currently delaying emails from us, including forum emails. I've bugged Yahoo about that and will get back to you with any info.

It's starting to look like there is a bugin in phpBB3.04 that is preventing email from being sent.

That might also explain why the welcome emails aren't going out.

Depending on how the software is laid out, it may also be the reason why new accounts aren't being created (if the email is generated first, it would stall there).

I've since fixed this bug, and I am getting the emails. It occured on the keenspot forum actually. So we're just back to Yahoo delaying emails.
