I just pulled a 10 minute briefing out of my ass. Slideshow and everything, conjured up from nothing in just a couple hours. I was supposed to brief the 19th. Oh no, that's easy, can't have that. Get told THIS MORNING "Change of plans" and that I'm briefing this AFTERNOON and I've quite literally done NOTHING on it. It's all done now, and off to Kinkos to print out a copy for the instructor to peruse as I stand up there and give my briefing that I've practiced only a couple times to myself.
Which totally killed the morning I WAS going to spend out processing and getting excused from Friday so I could have my stuff picked up for shipment to Germany. Oh well.
