The Camwhore Thread!

this is a Fark Photoshop contest that I participated in--you were supposed to take two (or more) of your favorite album covers and incorporate them into one.

so I bring you American Holywood--combined from American Doll Posse by Tori Amos and Holywood: In the Shadow of the Valley of Death by Marilyn Manson.

It doesn't really show in the picture, but I had to do it 'Rogue-style' with just the front stripes...because the dye packets suck, and are small. I'm kinda liking it, though...this is the best picture I got that would show off the colour. Plus (and I LOVE this!) it makes my hair look like it's still uber-long!!! Wish I could've gotten my dress in the picture too though...it's awesome! Dark red, sleeveless (but still with wide shoulder-straps), and kinda long (about mid-lower-leg), with all this embroidering, and a big velvet diamond (with more embroidery) on the chest.

Nice! I'm afraid that I won't be able to post in the camwhore thread for awhile...my camera is now officially dead beyond repair, and there's no way I'm gonna be able to afford another.

Yeah...that's what I was doing while my camera was lost, anyway...

And damn...I was gonna save up and get a tablet as my next big purchase...now I'll have to bypass that and go for the new camera. Well, I guess I could just ask for one of them from mom for Christmas...I very much doubt I'll be able to start saving by then anyway...
