Re: The Fair to Middlin' Thread
but in spite of broke-ness, you still get good music. and Tori doesn't mind people downloading her stuff if they'll just do something like give her something in return. five bucks... a pie... something.

Re: The Fair to Middlin' Thread
I woke up last night unable to breathe through my nose, but it only happened once. Two nights ago it happened twice.

Re: The Fair to Middlin' Thread
I had to clean up my mess that collects between my monitor and CPU because we took the cable modem and router out of my room and installed a wireless network card into the computer.
so... having to clean the mess up sucked, but it all worked out in the end.

I've been cleaning today too...On a whim, I cleaned out the entire desk on the dinosaur side (where I usually stay). Six drawers, ten shelves. It's all nice and organized now!

Re: The Fair to Middlin' Thread
I'm gonna have to start cleaning my room next weekend, but hey--I need to do it (and it'll be less dusty and dirty after--a good thing) so I'm not gonna complain.

I just bought a Dresden Dolls song, but it's so quiet that I can't figure out most of the lyrics. To Google!

Re: The Fair to Middlin' Thread
sore throat, stuffy nose and green snot... blah. but at least I'm not so sick that I can't do anything. hell, I don't know if I'm sick or if my body is just reacting from the cold wind that tried to knock me on my ass yesterday.

Play practice was fun today, but "Easy Street" sucked! Anna, Jake, and Maddie, get your act together!! (literally and figuratively) Learn the song, learn the lines, learn the steps, learn the cues, and for God's sake, learn the friggin' notes!

Don't worry, it'll happen. Granted, if it's like ANY of the shows I've been in...it'll happen the LAST night of HELLWEEK or on Opening night...but it'll happen!

Re: The Fair to Middlin' Thread
I'm starrrrrrrrving. x_x
but the upside of today is that my art appreciation class is canceled for the day--so I get to go home (for the night) an hour earlier and get my car fixed that much sooner!

My writing class listened to this today. Wow. What powerful images. It brings back so much sadness from my own memories of suicide. If I hadn't started making friends in high school I could have ended up like Jeremy. The quiet people are always the angriest and saddest.

Re: The Fair to Middlin' Thread
I tend to think that if I'd gone to the same high school as all of my middle school tormentors, the Columbine school incident would have been the McIntosh school incident instead.
but because I tend to think that, I also tend to think that I was lucky to have a mother who put all three of us in a different (better) school, even if it was a little bit farther away.
