Kind of reminds me of Garganon from Darken.
Simple Simon met a pieman going to the fair;
Said Simple Simon to the pieman "Let me taste your ware."
Said the pieman to Simple Simon "Show me first your penny."
Said Simple Simon to the pieman "Sir, I have not any!"
Half-elves and golems and nymphs, oh my!

HUNGRY you say?
This can mean only one thing.

*laughs!!!*
"Though it was commonly believed that dragons found young, beautiful virgins irresistible, the truth was that 60% dragons could take them or leave them. 30% found them too chewy, and another 10% were trying to watch their intake of sugars. (Princesses and maidens being notoriously sweet.) However, there was not a single dragon in all of the realms that could resist the lure of an extra-large Bacon Beef 'n Cheddar."

"A similar misconception was often true of the realm's zombie population. Most villagers would flee at the first sight of the hoards of lumbering undead shuffling through their valley, and so mistook their distant hideous rasping to mean that they were on the search for human flesh and brains, when in fact, they would have been entirely satisfied with a nice fresh batch of fish or chips butty, with maybe a nice spot of tea to wash it down."

Re: Sketchbook Sundays!
Carrying on with the strange and creepy theme, here is my character from an Unknown Armies game. Her name is Merideth, though she picked up the disturbing habit of pronouncing it "merry-death". She was an overworked legal assistant in an office building that may or may not have been haunted, and a fanatic dabbler in cryptozoology in her spare time. She was part of a Scooby Gang of oddballs that included a private eye, a security guard who might not have been totally alive, and the building's quietly psychotic lunch lady. This sketch must be from early on in the game, since about halfway through the chronicle she got shot at point black range by a maniac with a shotgun and wound up in a wheelchair. (An incident that only made her more determined to find the big nasties lurking out there) Oh, Meri, you were such a freak...

The new sketch has an 'evil librarian' vibe.
