Mm-hmm. I was close.

Anyway, I should probably let you know that my dad is coming down to visit this weekend, which means I'll be going out of town until Sunday some time. The hotel we'll probably be staying at I believe has aether-webz access, and I'll take my laptop with me, but at best I may get in one post a day tomorrow and Saturday.

Sorry if this slows things down, but family does come first.

Edit: I guess now it's your turn, eh Narf?

Eh. Family is more important than a game.

And my mind has shut down. Hope it wakes up; want to get in another cycle before today ends.

*Clears throat*

So, um... nice weather we're having, eh? Nice day for a run... or a sprint...

Righteous. My response will probably be up in the morning.

(Then again, I said I was going to have the allegiance list up ages ago, so just *slap* me if I ever mention deadlines again.)

Edit: There, you see what I mean? I slept in this morning, and now I'll have to wait until this afternoon.

*Slap!*

Lurking is highly encouraged in my book.

All grumblings about boredom aside, I am rather fond of how (relatively) slow this thread updates. It means I can put more work into each post, so I'm trying to live up to my signature. I didn't realize how difficult it was trying to write myself instead of a character I thought up.

Anyway, I should inform everyone that I won't be able to post from Tuesday to Thursday next week. The tanks are shooting gunnery, so myself and others will be out there for the first half of it in case any of them happen to break.

Man, I am getting no love from these dice rolls. :/

Edit: Should I assume the lizard has pinned me, or am I just knocked down and it's still in front of me?

That first sentence doesn't seem to make sense.

Agreement: I'm with Narf on this one, meatba--I mean, Thanatos.

Edit: Hope I'm not being too heavy with the swearing. I'm trying to keep it somewhat minimal.

A change of schedule and/or policy means I'll be able to post this week after all. Unrelated: hope you get to feeling better, Narf.

At bun and turkey. Did not notice half of buns rotten. Bun looked ok and bread always smells bad to me, anyway. Do not know how I'll feel when I wake up.

Hopefully good.

Also, penguins are funny-looking.

There will be a better update. It's just that I'm currently obsessing about a program I'm writing. Completely my fault.

Understandable; the Muses care not for frivolous mortal concerns.

Hmm... I wonder if anyone's come up with a mythos for a coding Muse?
