That, and rkolter didn't actually say anything that the rest of us weren't thinking.
This is going in my notebook titled "Things I Didn't Know about Surface Dwellers."

I brought my computer back from the brink of Oblivion by sheer guesswork! :D Literally. I was playing Oblivion when the game crashed catastrophically. My computer refused to boot properly afterwards, not even into safe mode. It would get to the Windows logo and hang up. And I thought, "OH SHIT! I didn't back up a high rez version of that ship image I worked so hard on!" So I dug out the OS disc and popped it in. But I really didn't want to reinstall everything. I mean, I'd then likely have to reinstall everything for the peripherals, all the applications, and...ugh. Anyhow, I found a 'repair' option.

Unfortunately, it got sort of technical, with something approaching a command line interface. typing help gave me a list of options, but I didn't really know what any of them meant...until, lo and behold, I saw an option that read something like 'fixboot'. And I thought, "Hey...this could work. I mean, from all appearances it does seem to be a boot problem."

And lo and behold, it DID work! I am teh master! XD Although I did have to uninstall and reinstall Oblivion and lost character data. It's a small price to pay.

So when I restart the game, I'm going full blown evil. Dark Brotherhood and the whole shebang. It's about time, anyhow.

Oh, and YOU! Yes, YOU. GO BACK UP YOUR SHIT!

Oh man oh man oh man I looked up the company I'm going to an interview for today, apparently they worked with Capcom on Dead Rising, which is just about one of my fav. games ever. The butterflies, they are MULTIPLYING! Not to mention an Eyetoy game and Timesplitters 2. I'm really REALLY excited now, I need this job.

My interview went better than expected. There wasn't even any translating. I was given a proffessionally translated text, and just had to make sure it was alright. Few marks here and there.

Ridley just never dies it seems.

i kinda wish Kraid was in the prime games, that'd be frickin awesome, though there are some fairly huge enemies in these games, i wonder how kraid would compare.

I think they planned to have Kraid in the first Prime, but he got cut. I like how tiny he was in the first metroid.
