Mesopotamia/Egypt - Beer
I. Greece
II. Rome > wine
III. Middle ages - Spirits
IV. Enlightenment/French Revolution - Coffee
V. 19th Century Europe - Tea
VI. 20th Century Europe - Coca-cola

Well insomnia is good 'cause when I can't sleep and get tired, I get all giggly and happy-like. But too long without sleep, I get a bit depressed and wanna-stab-people's-eyes-out-with-a-spork-like. 8|
