I ran into several people I hate.

Also, I find this to be rather amazing:

I can't move out of my parents' house on what I'm making cleaning houses.

I can't go back to school until I can support myself.

Employers with the better jobs have chosen not to hire me.

I can't stand my family right now.

I'm tired of feeling lonely, and being completely socially inept.

I'm tired of not being able to concentrate on developing the skills I want to develop.

I'm tired of having to cram all my stuff into one corner of my bedroom.

Some days I just want to sleep, and I'm tired of doing that alone, and it would be horribly irresponsible of me to get started rectifying that until I got a better job. See above.

Dont say that, we've all been there. Sometimes it just can't go any further. Doesn't mean you fail, its just not what the other person wants.

The doctor called awhile ago, and told Jim to go back into the emergency room. So he's there right now...don't know why, either.

And I realized after he'd already left that he's probably just gonna go straight to work from there...which means that I don't have a ride to work myself tonight. Oh well, at least it's only a 15 minute walk from here, and it's only 78 outside right now...would've sucked if it was still in the 100s like it was a few weeks ago.

I am SO TIRED of job hunting.

I really, really, really want a job that uses my degree. But I'm starting to think that it's a lost cause. So I need like $300 to register for the GRE's and then also moneys for eatables and rent. So what. I will get crap job.

Just applied to be a temp-to-hire manufacturing tech working 12 hour shifts with probable overtime! And I might get a 6pm-6am shift too. Isn't life grand? They probably won't even hire me because I have an engineering degree.

I hate people who won't hire me. Right now that includes the ENTIRE WORLD.

Except for Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, but I need food before December, so they don't count.

Didn't say it doesn't. But you shouldn't beat yourself up about it too long, its not exactly your fault.

Well, I thought that the other day was the worst I'd ever felt, but then something else happened just now and I discovered a new low. :P

Jeez, why not go accidentally maim some kittens and listen to their tragic and pained whines of agony and crushing dispair to cheer you up?

*poke*

It's a nice day out. Go take in some fresh air, smile randomly at people, and eat an ice cream cone.

I have no internet until next Tuesday because I just moved. I'm currently at a campus library that is NOT within easy distance of my apartment.

What really sucks is that my teachers all contact students by email. What really really sucks is that one of them is going on strike, and will be emailing us the location of our off-campus classes. What really really REALLY sucks is that this is the last time I will have access to my email until they install it in my apartment next Tuesday, and the class that she's emailing about is TOMORROW.

ARGH. Being without internet is an utter pain in a modern schooling system.
This is going in my notebook titled "Things I Didn't Know about Surface Dwellers."

Reading some of these last posts made me feel better about my own situation. I'm not exactly unhappy, on the contrary, life is really good. But there are a couple of things I'd just like to get out of my system, and some of them are too touchy to bring up with my real life friends as those things concern them one way or another... so I'm just going to selfishly use this space to vent anonymously for a bit and give myself a good ol' shot of self-humiliation while I'm at it! :D

Within the last week, two of my single girlfriends hooked up with guys. One of those guys being an ex-crush of mine which makes the situation all the weirder, although I am over him.

My roomie is frantically busy planning her wedding.

Add a huge amount of stress due to my juggling a million balls at once right now with several jobs, learning two new languages and planning to emigrate, a little dose of PMS and... voilá! I feel bad about my lovey dovey friends and I know I should be happy for them which makes me feel bad about feeling bad.

The only guy I am interested in lives 500 miles away and is too damn good for me, apart from the fact that he has probably forgotten I exist and I might not even see him again ever due to the above mentioned emigration, and if I should meet him again he's probably hooked up with someone else by then because he is just that awesome. :(

My internet connection still sucks and now my eMac has made it a habit to crash thus shattering my faith in Apple and making me bitter and hateful towards all computers and that which they represent. :x

...But apart from that, I'm doing great.
