^_^ He wants to make more little boys to molest! He failed when he created Fred, so now he wants to seduce Marcy, have children, and molest them! O-o; It won't work though, he hasn't produced any children since Fred; so it's obvious the female population is deathly afraid of Heffner's creepy-ness! ^~^;
