Its going to take me a bit to decrypt some of this cache, it can be a little tricky. The event log is particularly interesting in that our communication was actively traced but ultimately crashed. Im not exactly sure how he was able to crash the Ultranet scan, or if it was just a glitch.

Congratulations for decrypting this. I know it was hard, because, well, I made it that way because Im scared out of my mind right now.
I have stumbled across some pretty frightening things on the Ultranet recently. Brother, you need to open your eyes wider. I cant believe the crap that is going on in the background of our government and the connections and implications it has on the Ultranet. The government has betrayed us. You know it, deep in your heart, you see it day in an out on our “Fair and Biased” news programs. We are not getting the truth. Inside, things arnt much different, sure the ultranet is a great place, but it is being used for an evil so great, it defies all logic. I have been researching a foundation of people, following them, elite, hackers, Freedom fighters if you will or Terrorists, the latter if you watch the news. They come and go as they please and load some pretty nasty hacks. I saw one of them dispatch a Vanguard who was stupid enough to attempt a Precache scan. This elite dude muttered some whacky words and the Vanguard flew straight up. I didn’t once see him use his PCI. After the guy split, all hell broke loose on the ground. Vanguards flooded the area, detaining people left and right. I just barely escaped, but not before I was port scanned. I thought I discoed before to much damage was done, but alas, shortly the Police were knocking at the door. I split down the fire escape. They got all my stuff man.
They got to my parents before I did. I was able to sneak a message to my little bro using a public utitlity. He told me that I was being charged under the Anti-Trust Laws for Corporate Terrorism. Im on the run. I don’t know what to do.
I met up with a guy who said he could help me. At Dolley’s, of all places. He said his name was MrWheeler. I have no choice but to trust him. I can’t express my concern for you. They are pillaging my past, and I fear you’re a target. You need to purge your files and nuke your drives, leave your apartment ASAP. Don’t let them get to you. Here is the second email I pulled. It's only a partial... sorry about that. They must have detected my sniff and locked down the SPP in the middle of the operation. The advanced headers were garbage, so I just cut them out, but I swear this is 100% legit, from an IDI server reserved for their internal Infotec division. Most of it falls neatly into the "no shit" catagory, but the last complete line made me weak in the knees. That all begs the question: how well do you know your comrades?

Just so you all know, I'm pulling back. The kitchen is getting too hot to bear, so to speak. I'll be finishing all current projects, but please don't contact me for any more softload work until I say otherwise. I suggest you follow suit for the time being.
